Kate Gilbert

Kate Gilbert is a passionate advocate for the relentless pursuit of happiness. She spent 20 plus years pursuing the typical American Dream of working hard, getting promoted and acquiring all the trappings of success. At age 45 she realized that none of this was making here happy and she wasn't willing to settle for what she had. She and her husband walked away from their executive jobs and sold everything they owned to travel full-time. She tells her story in her first book The Happy Camper: How I Quit My Corporate Job and Sold Everything to Travel Full Time.
